SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- The Kansas City Chiefs had problems scoring touchdowns in the red zone this season and turned to Kareem Hunt to fix the problem in the first half on Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers.
Hunt delivered two short touchdown runs of one and six yards to give the Chiefs a 14-3 lead in the second quarter.
Hunt now has five career touchdowns against the 49ers, tied for his most against a single opponent with the Chargers.
