President Asif Ali Zardari administered the oath to the Chief Justice

Islamabad: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Yahya Afridi has taken the oath of office today (Saturday).
The swearing-in ceremony of the Chief Justice Yahya Afridi was held today at 11:00am in the President's House. President Asif Ali Zardari administered the oath to the nominated Chief Justice.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and service chiefs participated in the swearing-in ceremony of the Chief Justice. Members of Parliament and federal ministers were also present in the ceremony.
On the other hand, the arrangements for the swearing-in ceremony were completed, and strict security arrangements were made.
