Saud Shakeel was declared the man of the series


Dubai: Saud Shakeel, the vice-captain of the national Test team, made a big jump and joined the top 10 in the new International Cricket Council (ICC) player rankings.
According to ICC's new Test Player Rankings, Saud Shakeel has moved up 20 places to 7th place, while Babar Azam has also moved up to 18th place from 19th place.
Saud Shakeel recently scored 280 runs with the help of a century and a half-century in five innings of the three-Test series against England and was declared the man of the series.
England's Jurort remains the first position among Test batsmen, while New Zealand's Kane Williamson is second, India's youngster Yashvi Jaiswal has moved up one place to third place, while Virat Kohli has moved down six places to 14th place.
New Zealand's Rachan Ravindra also made it to the top 10, moving up eight places to 10th place.
