Asim Munir said that we all have to fight the scourge of terrorism together


Rawalpindi: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir said that whoever obstructs Pakistan’s security and prevents us from doing our job will have to face the consequences.
Addressing the Apex Committee meeting, he stated that every Pakistani is a soldier in the war on terror. The only difference is that some are in uniform and some are without.
General Syed Asim Munir said that we all have to fight the scourge of terrorism together. The Constitution of Pakistan is paramount to all of us, it imposes on us the responsibility of Pakistan’s internal and external security.
He stated that the Pakistan Army and law enforcement agencies are filling the gaps in governance by sacrificing their martyrs everyday.
