“Vamos, Rafa! As you get ready to graduate from tennis, I've got a few things to share before I maybe get emotional,” Federer wrote, expressing admiration for Nadal's relentless drive and unique rituals that redefined tennis excellence. “You beat me — a lot. More than I managed to beat you. You made me reimagine my game,” Federer added, praising Nadal’s unmatched intensity.
Federer congratulated Nadal on his "incredible run," acknowledging the 22-time Grand Slam champion's influence on tennis and Spain's pride in his achievements. Federer also highlighted the close bond their families share, mentioning that his children trained at Nadal's academies.

Reflecting on his career, Nadal said, “It has been some difficult years, especially these last two... But everything has a beginning and an end.” Nadal thanked the tennis community and rivals like Federer and Novak Djokovic for shaping his journey.
