PM Shehbaz urges Senate to play active role in promoting national integration
Senate Irfan Siddiqui called on the premier in Islamabad
Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday urged the Senate to play its active role in promoting the national integration across the country.
According to details, the PML-N’s parliamentary leader in the Senate, Irfan Siddiqui, called on the premier in Islamabad. On this occasion, Siddiqui apprised PM Shehbaz of the parliamentary party’s performance in the Senate.
Siddiqui had also briefed the premier in connection with the Senate Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs.
The premier urged the Senate to maintain a strong connection with the other political parties within the House.
