'Negligent act': Indian Navy submarine collides with fishing vessel
Eleven crew members were safely recovered, while two others are still missing
(Web Desk): Indian Navy submarine reportedly collided with fishing vessel Marthoma 70 NM off Goa Coast on November 21.
As many as 13 crew members were onboard the fishing vessel at the time of the collision. Search and rescue efforts by the Indian Navy and Indian Coast Guard were underway.
Eleven crew members were safely recovered, while two others are still missing. However, it is still unannounced if the recovered fishermen are dead or alive.
