Islamabad: The Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) officially canceled the Saturday holiday in all federal educational institutions.
According to the notification issued on Friday, the decision was made to compensate for the academic activity disrupted by the schools' closure in recent months.
The decision will come into effect from November 30, Saturday until February 1, 2025, Saturday, the notification said.
