Court ordered him to submit a bond of Rs10,000

Islamabad: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Saturday granted bail to journalist Matiullah Jan.
Journalist Matiullah, who was arrested from Islamabad two days ago, was produced before the ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra.
The court, while accepting Matiullah Jan’s bail application, ordered him to submit a bond of Rs10,000.
It is pertinent to note that yesterday, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) declared the court’s decision on Matiullah Jan’s physical remand null and void and declared his remand as judicial.
