Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will leave for Saudi Arabia on a two-day visit today.
Shehbaz Sharif will visit at the invitation of Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Muhammad bin Salman.
Prime Minister will participate in the ‘One Plant Summit for Water’ in Saudi Arabia which will be held in collaboration with Saudi Arabia, France, Kazakhstan, and the World Bank.
The summit aims to promote an integrated international approach to water resource management.
Shehbaz Sharif will also address a roundtable conference and highlight measures to improve water quality and create livelihoods.
According to media reports, the Prime Minister will also meet Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman and discuss the changing situation in the region and other important issues. The Prime Minister will also meet UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and other world leaders.
