Court issued bailable arrest warrant for Bushra Bibi for her continuous absence
Rawalpindi: The court has issued arrest warrants for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder’s wife Bushra Bibi in the Toshakhana II case.
Rawalpindi Central Judge Shahrukh Arjumand heard the Toshakhana II case against PTI founder and his wife Bushra Bibi in Adiala Jail.
The court issued a bailable arrest warrant for Bushra Bibi for her continuous absence and also dismissed her request for exemption from appearing today.
The court also issued a notice to Bushra Bibi’s guarantor, asking why not his surety bonds be confiscated.
It is pertinent to note that today, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) had issued a notice to Bushra Bibi on the FIA’s request to cancel her bail in the Toshakhana II case.
