Islamabad: Federal Interior Minister Shehbaz Sharif has claimed that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders Shehbaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz are not on the same page anymoe.

While talking to media in Islamabad, the interior minister said that opposition has accepted that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI)’s government will complete its tenure.
“One is in South and one is in North,” he said referring to Maryam Nawaz and Shehbaz Sharif and adding, “Pakistan’s politics is going to witness a major change in future. Our politics will be the politics of sovereignty.”
Referring to yesterday’s National Assembly session, Sheikh Rasheed said Prime Minister Imran Khan was the voice of all Pakistanis in his speech.
Reacting to Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairperson Bilawal Bhutto’s remarks on Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qurehsi, he said, “Bilawal is a child, he gives such statement, leave him for now.”
Responding to a question, Sheikh Rasheed said that it is Pakistan’s clear policy to not let anyone use its soil.
“We want good relations with United States (US) and Europe but we will not give our bases to anyone. Moreover, peace in Afghanistan means stability in Pakistan; therefore, we should pray for a peaceful and stable Afghanistan,” he said adding that 80% fencing work on Pak-Afghan border has been completed.
Sheikh Rasheed strongly condemned India’s interior minister’s statement linking Pakistan to Jammu drone attack saying India is hiding its failure on coronavirus by levying allegations on Pakistan.
“India has still not accepted Pakistan,” he added.
