At NADRA's request, HEC conducted inquiry and confirmed information


Islamabad: NADRA has dismissed Director General Zulfiqar Ahmed from his job after fake degree was proven.
According to the details, the person who signed the MBA degree of Director General Sargodha Region Zulfiqar Ahmed was not the president of George Mason University, USA at that time. The name of the BBA degree issuing college was actually different at the time of the degree issuance.
At the request of NADRA, the Higher Education Commission (HEC) conducted an inquiry and confirmed the information obtained by NADRA.
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) also upheld the decision of HEC to cancel the equivalent degree.
Zulfiqar Ahmed failed to give a satisfactory reply to the show cause notice issued by NADRA.
Chairman NADRA took disciplinary action against Zulfiqar Ahmed on the High Court’s decision and the unsatisfactory reply in the show cause.
