Jemima Goldsmith, the ex-wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder, was injured after falling from a mountain in South Africa.
According to reports, Jemima Goldsmith fell while hiking and was injured. She was taken to a hospital in Cape Town where her condition improved.
Jemima Goldsmith was seen in a wheelchair and on crutches.
She lives in London with her two sons, Suleman and Qasim, but according to media reports, she was in South Africa on New Year's Eve.
