Pakistani Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) spokesperson Maryam Aurangzeb has clarified that the National Assembly opposition leader Shahbaz Sharif had not sent any message to the NA Speaker regarding the non-participation of the Prime Minister in the Parliamentary Committee on National Security.

Maryam Aurangzeb termed Fawad Chaudhry's statement attributed to Shahbaz Sharif concerning non-participation of the Prime Minister in the Parliamentary Committee as a 'lie'.
Terming Federal Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry as a ‘propaganda machine’, she said that yesterday’s meeting was called by the National Assembly speaker, How could Shahbaz Sharif forbid (PM) from participation?
Reacting to the statement of the Federal Minister for Information, she questioned that if Minister has any official correspondence of Shahbaz Sharif or Shahbaz Sharif's office?
PML-N president did not send any message to anyone, she maintained.
The PML-N spokesperson asked whether Imran Khan had left the National Parliamentary Meeting of COVID at the behest of Shahbaz Sharif. Did PM not came at the request of Shahbaz Sharif in the meeting related to issues of national importance and security?
Maryam Aurangzeb also queried that has Shahbaz Sharif also forbidden ‘Imran Sahib’ from consultation regarding the appointment of Election Commission members.
