Total length of Malir Expressway is 39 km
Karachi: Bilawal Bhutto Zardari inaugurated Phase I of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Expressway near Qayyumabad Interchange in Karachi.
Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari arrived at Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Expressway for the inauguration.
According to the spokesperson of the Sindh Chief Minister, Bilawal Bhutto himself drove his car on Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Expressway.
On this occasion, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah was also present in the car with Bilawal Bhutto.
Murad Ali Shah said that Malir Expressway Phase I will be opened today which is the largest public-private partnership project in Sindh and indeed in Pakistan. Today, a partial inauguration of 9.1 kilometers of the Malir Expressway project from Qayyumabad to Shah Faisal will be held.
According to the Sindh Chief Minister, the total length of the Malir Expressway is 39 kilometers. This project starts from Korangi Creek Avenue and extends to the Malir River.
