Nine more Pakistanis were deported from Saudi Arabia at complaint of sponsor


Islamabad: Another 52 Pakistanis were deported from seven countries including the US, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE on various charges.
Of the Pakistanis deported from seven countries, three were arrested at Karachi airport and the others were allowed to go home.
According to immigration authorities, one Pakistani citizen was deported for illegal stay in Sweden and two for illegal entry into the US and lost passport.
Immigration authorities said that two people were deported from Saudi Arabia on blacklist, one for drug smuggling and the other for begging, and 11 citizens were deported on various other charges.
In addition, nine more Pakistanis were deported from Saudi Arabia on the complaint of a sponsor, 11 citizens were deported for overstaying in Saudi Arabia, and seven were deported for losing their passports or visas.
According to immigration, one citizen was deported from Oman to Pakistan on the expiry of his visa. One was offloaded from the UAE for being an illegal immigrant, while two were offloaded from the UAE for staying illegally.
Three children born in Nepal, Saudi Arabia and Malawi were sent to Pakistan on emergency documents.
