Peshawar: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has granted protective bail to Bushra Bibi, wife of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder, for one month.
Chief Justice PHC Ishtiaq Ibrahim and Justice Waqar Ahmed heard Bushra Bibi’s protective bail application.
During the hearing, the lawyer said that Bushra Bibi is appearing in the Toshakhana II case and cannot appear in the protective bail application today.
The court granted Bushra Bibi’s protective bail for one month and ordered her to approach the relevant court.
