Special prayers and Mahafil will be held in Mosques and other places to seek blessings of the Almighty Allah

Lahore: Muslims around the world, including in Pakistan, will observe Shab-e-Meraj tonight with deep religious devotion.
Special prayers will be held in mosques to ask for Allah’s mercy and forgiveness. Religious scholars will explain the importance of this event and its teachings in Islam.
Special gatherings, known as Mahafil-e-Naat, will also take place at various locations. Homes, mosques, and streets will be decorated with colorful lights, candles, and buntings to celebrate.
Shab-e-Meraj, observed on the 27th night of Rajab, marks the miraculous night when the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) journeyed to the heavens. The word "Meraj" means ascension, and this event is a symbol of spiritual elevation and closeness to Allah.
