Video footage of incident shows Chaudhry verbally attacking Assistant Superintendent Riaz for blocking his entry

Rawalpindi: PTI founder's lawyer, Faisal Chaudhry, was arrested outside Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi on Friday, just one day after he used abusive language against a jail officer when he was denied permission to meet with the jailed former prime minister.
A large police team arrived at Adiala Jail's check post after Chaudhry showed up to meet Khan. Sources said Chaudhry was arrested for insulting Jail Officer Imran Riaz the previous day. The police confirmed that Chaudhry was formally arrested and taken to the jail's check post.
Speaking to the media outside the jail, Chaudhry explained that a notice was issued in response to the incident that occurred at the internal gate of the jail the day before. He added that he had sent a court order to the jail superintendent via WhatsApp. Chaudhry stated that his only mistake was publicly sharing PTI founder Imran Khan's conversation.
The trouble began when Chaudhry, who has been representing Khan, was stopped from entering the prison. Video footage of the incident shows Chaudhry verbally attacking Assistant Superintendent Riaz for blocking his entry. In the video, Chaudhry is heard angrily asking, "Why was I stopped... who dares to stop me?" The assistant superintendent can be heard trying to explain the situation.
Following the altercation, Chaudhry filed a complaint at Adiala Jail Chowki. In his complaint, he mentioned that he holds the power of attorney for all of Imran Khan's cases and that he was unfairly stopped at the entrance. He also stated that he was made to wait for two hours in the deputy superintendent's office and accused the jail staff of harassing him and other petitioners.
