(Web Desk): The new kit for the Pakistan cricket team for the ICC Champions Trophy has been unveiled.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif inaugurated the newly constructed Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, after which the players revealed the new kit during the ongoing ceremony.
According to the PCB, cricket fans can purchase this kit by visiting shop.pcb.com.pk.
Speaking on the occasion, the captain of the national team, Mohammad Rizwan, said that their feelings are very positive. "When we play in front of our crowd, the energy is unmatched," he added.
He further stated, "We get motivation from Lahore, and we hope to receive the same kind of support."
During the kit launch, Babar Azam said, "Congratulations to everyone on the new stadium. Whenever we play in Lahore, we receive tremendous support."
Shaheen Shah Afridi mentioned, "The people of Lahore have always supported us. We will need that same support throughout this series and the entire Champions Trophy. Please pray for us, this Champions Trophy is for Pakistan." He also said, "We will create new memories with the new stadium."
