More than 30 clothing shops were burnt down in the fire

Karachi: A fire broke out in a shopping center near Clifton Teen Talwar in Karachi.
The plaza houses hundreds of clothing and bedsheet shops. 12 fire brigade vehicles are busy extinguishing the fire.
Police said that the fire broke out on the first floor of the plaza, engulfing several shops. There are no reports of casualties.
12 fire brigade vehicles controlled the fire after about three hours. More than 30 clothing shops were burnt down in the fire on the first floor of the plaza. The cause of the fire could not be immediately ascertained.
Earlier, a spokesperson for the Water Corporation said that an emergency had been imposed on the Nipa hydrant.
