PCB is hopeful that UAE authorities will issue visas on time


Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has intensified its efforts to obtain visas for Pakistani fans wishing to attend the Pakistan-India match of the Champions Trophy to be held in Dubai, reportedly.
According to the media reports, the PCB has contacted the Emirates Cricket Board and UAE authorities to obtain visas for Pakistani journalists, cricket fans, and accreditation card holders.
It is also reported that the PCB is hopeful that the UAE authorities will issue visas on time.
According to reports, fans holding tickets for the Pakistan-India match had approached the PCB to obtain their visas.
It is pertinent to note that the Pakistan-India match in the Champions Trophy will be held in Dubai on February 23, for which all tickets have been sold.
