Karachi: Pakistan cricket team captain Muhammad Rizwan says that they are working hard to win the Champions Trophy. The team's morale is high and they will try to learn from their past mistakes.
Addressing a press conference in Karachi, Muhammad Rizwan said that every player in the team is a captain. ‘I only come forward to toss or talk to the media. However, the opinion of every player is respected in our team’.
He stated that preparations are underway for the Champions Trophy and we are determined to win.
He added that as a team, we have some shortcomings that we are trying to overcome.
Regarding Babar Azam, Muhammad Rizwan said that he is a senior player, and he will open in the upcoming matches.
The national team captain mentioned professionalism and said that they need to improve in this area.
He further said that the team is working hard to win the Champions Trophy, the morale of the team is high, and they will try to learn from their previpastous mistakes.
To a question, he replied that the senior players of the team have more responsibility, which they should demonstrate and perform well.
