Lahore: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has declared the single bench’s decision to remove the NADRA Chairman from office null and void.
The high court has accepted the federal government’s appeal.
A two-member bench headed by Justice Chaudhry Muhammad Iqbal delivered the verdict on the appeal.
The federal government had challenged the single bench’s decision in the Lahore High Court, which had ordered the removal of the NADRA Chairman from office.
