Islamabad: The federal government has prepared to change the old system of Central Superior Services (CSS).
The reform committee has completed the consultation for the change in the CSS system.
To promote the recruitment of specialists instead of general officers, a cluster-based examination system will be introduced in place of the generalized CSS framework.
There will be only one more meeting of the committee for changes in the remuneration and pension scheme and professionals will be able to be recruited in technical and special cadres.
In addition, it will be ensured that the skills of the candidates are in accordance with the posts assigned to them.
