Counters will provide services such as ID card renewal, marital status change, and issuance of lost cards

(Web Desk): In a revolutionary move aimed at providing the public with national identification, the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) is working to address the increasing population and citizens' registration needs.
Following the directive of Federal Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi and under the supervision of the Chairman of NADRA, the Director General of NADRA Lahore Region has decided to set up special NADRA counters in 11 selected post offices of Lahore Region, including 5 post offices in Lahore district, as part of the "No Queue, No Waiting" vision to facilitate citizens.
According to NADRA's spokesperson, under the supervision of the DG NADRA Lahore Region and in collaboration with the Pakistan Post Department and Punjab Region, NADRA has established special counters at selected post offices in Lahore Cantonment, GPO, Manga Mandi, Sher Shah Colony, Shahdara, Qila Sheikhupura, Kasur, Narowal, Gujranwala, Sialkot, and Okara. These counters will provide services such as ID card renewal, marital status change, and issuance of lost cards. Citizens can now avail these services not only at NADRA centers but also at nearby post offices, ensuring convenience and ease in renewing or modifying their national identity cards and getting replacement cards for lost ones.
