PPP's former MPA gunned down in Attock
Attock: Pakistan Peoples Party leader and former MPA Malik Shahan Hakimeen was assassinated in Attock on Wednesday, police said.
The victim was going to attend the funeral at the time of attack. He was shifted to a hospital in critical condiiton where he succumed to his wounds.
Police have launched probe into the murder of PPP leader. The motive for the attack is still not known.
Bilawal mourns
PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari mourned the death of Shahan, saying the party's leadership is deeply shocked over the murder.
"Shahan was the valuable asset for the part like his father Hakimeen Khan," Bilawal said and demanded arrest of the accused.
