All provincial institutions will remain closed


Karachi: The Sindh government has declared a public holiday on April 4 on the occasion of the 46th death anniversary of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) founder Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.
According to a notification issued by Sindh Chief Secretary Asif Haider Shah, all institutions running under the provincial government will remain closed on Friday, April 4, on the occasion of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto’s death anniversary.
The notification states that the offices of autonomous and semi-autonomous institutions, corporations, and local councils running under the provincial government will also remain closed.
On the occasion of the death anniversary of Bhutto, a condolence meeting will be held by the PPP on April 4 at Garhi Khuda Bakhsh in which cadres from all over the country will participate.
