Mohsin Naqvi should choose either Interior Ministry or PCB chairmanship, said Afridi

Rawalpindi: Former national cricket team captain Shahid Khan Afridi met Army Chief General Asim Munir in Rawalpindi.
On this occasion, Shahid Afridi condoled the death of his mother with the Army Chief.
In a conversation with General Asim Munir, he said that cricket is the only source of entertainment in the country. Mohsin Naqvi is a hardworking person who sincerely wants to do something for cricket.
He says that if the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi chooses either the Interior Ministry or the PCB chairmanship, Pakistan will benefit, he cannot succeed with two positions.
Shahid Afridi stated that Mohsin Naqvi has a lot of enthusiasm and courage for the betterment of cricket. Cricket is a full-time job, both the Interior Ministry and the PCB chairmanship are big responsibilities, and two big tasks cannot be done simultaneously.
It is also reported that earlier in a meeting at the PCB headquarters in Lahore, Shahid Afridi had praised Mohsin Naqvi's work but also told him that if he chose a job between the ministry or the PCB, he could focus better. The PCB would benefit from Mohsin Naqvi's vision.
The media reports also suggest that during the T20 World Cup in the United States in June, Mohsin Naqvi offered Shahid Afridi a job in the PCB.
Shahid Afridi had said that despite his busy schedule, he is always available for Pakistan.
