Blast was caused by an implanted device

An explosion has occurred near a mosque in the city of Mazar-e-Sharif in Afghanistan's Balkh province.
According to the Russian news agency, one person was killed and three others were injured in the explosion.
Those injured in the explosion have been transferred to the hospital.
According to initial reports, the explosion was caused by an implanted device.
