Affected children are between 5 and 10 years old


Hafizabad: Three Christian children died after allegedly eating poisonous sweets in Hafizabad city of Punjab.
According to the police, the tragic incident took place in the Qila Sahib Singh area of Hafizabad.
Deputy Commissioner Abdul Razaq and DPO Atif Nazir while talking to the media said that the Christian children allegedly ate poisonous sweets, which worsened their condition.
Three children died after being shifted to the hospital, while five affected children have been shifted to Lahore Hospital for better treatment.
According to Christian residents of Qila Sahib Singh, their eight children were playing outside their houses where someone allegedly fed them poisonous sweets. When the children returned home, their condition became critical.
Christians said that the affected children were taken to DHQ Hospital where 3 children died. The affected children are between 5 and 10 years old.
