Koti: The Allama Iqbal Express, en route from Punjab to Karachi, met with an accident near Kotri Railway Station on Saturday, causing two passenger coaches to derail, according to railway officials.
The incident sparked panic among passengers on board.
Railway staff began repair work shortly after receiving the report. Officials stated that the accident occurred on the down track, and repairs could take several hours to complete. In the meantime, other trains are being rerouted via Platform No 4.
