28,400 pilgrims will leave for Hajj through 100 flights

Islamabad: The Hajj operation is starting tonight from Islamabad International Airport.
According to airport authorities, the first Hajj flight will depart from Islamabad for Medina tonight, and a special ceremony will be held at Islamabad International Airport on this occasion.
The official said that 7 special immigration counters have been prepared under the Road to Mecca project.
He added that all preparations for Hajj pilgrims are complete at Islamabad Airport. 28,400 pilgrims will leave for the Hajj through 100 flights from Islamabad International Airport.
The COO Airport Manager said that the Hajj operation that started today will continue till May 31.
