Maria B, Turkish model send each other notices demanding damages
Neither of them confirmed receiving the notices

Renowned fashion designer Maria B and Turkish model Turkan Atay have now issued notices of compensation to each other after making serious allegations against each other.
Turkish model Turkan Atay had said in her video a few days ago that Maria B had not paid her in full for the photoshoot she did in Turkiye.
Turkan had stated that she had worked with Maria B in the past, but at that time, she had not charged any amount from the fashion designer. However, for the recent shoot, she was supposed to be paid an amount that she has not received in full yet.
She added that in early 2025, Maria B had a photoshoot in Turkiye for which she made complete arrangements. She managed all the work from shooting to video editing, and also told Maria B the amount of services before the work, on which the fashion designer agreed to pay the required amount.
According to the Turkish model, even though a few months had passed since the shoot, she had not been fully paid for the shoot. Initially, she was given excuses, and later her messages were not even responded to.
Maria B had admitted to her allegations that due to her manager's mistake, there was a delay in paying the Turkish model the fees, but there was no need to accuse her.
Later, Maria B had said in her Instagram story that she had paid the Turkish model all the money, and now she has also issued a notice of damages to the Turkish model for making allegations.
Maria B sent a notice of damages of Rs100 million to Turkan Atay through her lawyer, Khadija Siddiqui, for making allegations.
In the notice, she also demanded that the videos be deleted within 14 days of receiving the notice from the Turkish model and that she should also issue an apology.
Turkan Atay has been told in the notice that she will have to pay Rs100 million in damages for not apologizing to her.
On the other hand, the Turkish model also sent Maria B a notice of damages of $8,000 through her Pakistani lawyer Rana Intezar.
The notice from Turkan Atay states that Maria B has to pay her $1,000 as shoot charges, $2,000 is the payment of legal fees, and $5,000 is the compensation for mentally disturbing her.
Both parties confirmed sending the notices to each other; however, despite the passage of three days, neither of them confirmed receiving the notices.
