India has closed its airspace to Pakistan.
The Indian government has issued a notice of airspace closure for Pakistan, according to which Indian airspace will remain closed to all Pakistani aircraft from today until May 23.
The national airline has already stopped using Indian airspace as a precaution due to the tension between Pakistan and India.
It is pertinent to note that earlier, Pakistan had closed its airspace to Indian airlines after India announced the suspension of the Indus Waters Treaty, citing the Pahalgam attack as an excuse.
Indian airlines are facing an emergency due to the sudden closure of Pakistan’s airspace.
