If Quetta wins today, they will be first team to officially qualify for playoffs with 13 points

(Web Desk): Islamabad United won the toss and chose to bowl first against Quetta Gladiators in the 26th match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 10 at the Pindi Cricket Stadium on Wednesday.
Islamabad, the defending champions, are struggling in this year’s tournament after losing three matches in a row. What started as a strong campaign has now become a do-or-die situation, as they fight to stay in the playoff race.
Quetta Gladiators, on the other hand, are in top form and currently sit at the top of the points table. Just a few days ago, they defeated Islamabad in a close match at Gaddafi Stadium. In that game, Islamabad’s decision to let rookie bowler Mohammad Shahzad bowl the final over backfired, as Hasan Nawaz smashed two huge sixes to win the game for Quetta.
Playing at home might give United an advantage, but their recent away performances have highlighted issues with both their game plan and form.
If Quetta wins today, they will be the first team to officially qualify for the playoffs with 13 points. Their success has been led by captain Saud Shakeel, who has quietly scored 180 runs in seven matches.
With Multan Sultans already out of the playoff race, the battle for the remaining spots is intense. Today’s match could play a key role in shaping the final standings and deciding which teams make it to the next round.
