‘Indian variant caused devastation’: Asad Umar urges public to vaccinate, follow SOPs
Islamabad: Minister for Planning and Development Asad Umar Thursday urged general public to get inoculated against novel coronavirus and strictly follow all COVID related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

On his official twitter handle, the minister wrote, “Rapid build up starting to take place in covid patients hospital inflow, as well as patients in critical care”.
“This indian variant has caused devastation in countries in the region,” he stressed.
The minister of Planning and Development added, “Please follow sop's and get vaccinated as soon as possible. Do not risk your own & others lives”.
