Financial assistance will be provided to the family on the death of head of household

Peshawar: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has approved a life insurance scheme for its citizens.
According to KP Information Advisor Barrister Saif, the provincial government has approved a life insurance scheme, which will cost Rs4.5 billion annually.
The Information Advisor said that immediate financial assistance will be provided to the family members on the death of the head of the household.
Barrister Saif said that Rs1 million will be given to the family members of the deceased below the age of 60, and Rs5 million will be given to the family members of those who die at the age of 60 and above.
