Dr Lubna appreciates Ambassador Qasim Mohiuddin’s commendable diplomatic efforts in strengthening Pakistan-Azerbaijan ties


Lahore: Chairperson of Punjab University's department of Film and Broadcasting, Prof Dr Lubna Zaheer, met Qasim Mohiuddin, Ambassador of Pakistan to Azerbaijan, over a dinner hosted in her honour at Pakistan House, Baku the other day.
Dr Lubna appreciated Ambassador Qasim Mohiuddin’s commendable diplomatic efforts in strengthening Pakistan-Azerbaijan ties.
She especially praised his pivotal role in securing Azerbaijan’s unwavering support for Pakistan during the recent India-Pakistan conflict.
Senior educanist also acknowledged his tireless work in facilitating the resumption of direct PIA flights between Pakistan and Baku — a significant move to enhance bilateral cooperation and people-to-people contact.
Mrs Qasim Mohiuddin was also present and added to the warmth of the evening with her gracious hospitality.
