Kamal Azfar’s funeral prayers will be offered on Wednesday after Asr prayers


Karachi: Former Sindh Governor Barrister Kamal Azfar passed away at the age of 87 in a Karachi hospital.
Former Sindh Governor Kamal Azfar had been ill for quite some time. The deceased was the Governor of Sindh from 1995 to 1997.
President Asif Zardari, Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, and Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori expressed their condolences on Kamal Azfar's death.
In a statement, the President paid tribute to Kamaluddin Azfar’s political services and said that politicians like Kamal Azfar are an asset to the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).
According to Senator Waqar Mehdi, Kamal Azfar’s funeral prayers will be offered on Wednesday after Asr prayers in the premises of the shrine of Abdullah Shah Ghazi.
