Deputy PM Ishaq Dar says Pakistan and Afghanistan's relations are moving in the right direction

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has announced the upgradation of Pakistan’s embassy in Afghanistan to the ambassadorial level.
Ishaq Dar stated that he hopes this step will further strengthen cooperation, economic ties, and security collaboration between the two countries.
He added that the move will also deepen Pakistan-Afghanistan relations in the trade sector.
He said that Pakistan and Afghanistan's relations are moving in the right direction.
It is worth noting that prior to this, Pakistan’s embassy in Afghanistan operated at the chargé d'affaires level.
