Attack occurred while the police vehicle was on a routine patrol

(Web Desk): In Quetta, the capital of Balochistan province, a hand grenade attack on a police van near the Eastern Bypass injured three people, including the Station House Officer (SHO).
According to police sources, the attack occurred while the police vehicle was on a routine patrol. The grenade attack damaged the police van and injured the SHO along with two bystanders.
The injured were immediately shifted to a nearby civil hospital, where they are currently receiving medical treatment.
Following the explosion, security forces promptly cordoned off the area and launched a search operation.
