No remorse for Sidhu Moosewala's murder: Gangster Goldy Brar
He stated that this murder was for personal enmity and justice

Three years have passed since the murder of famous Indian Punjab music icon Sidhu Moosewala, but people still remember the incident.
Recently, Goldy Brar, the main accused in this high-profile murder, accepted responsibility for the murder in an interview with the British Broadcasting Company (BBC) and said that he has no regrets for his actions.
Goldy Brar admitted during the interview that he had ordered the killing of Sidhu Moosewala.
He said in the interview that this murder was part of a gang war and the purpose was to avenge the murder of his colleague, Vicky Madkheda.
Goldie Brar stated that this murder was for personal enmity and justice. He does not trust the Indian state system; whatever he did was done thoughtfully, and he has no regrets about it.
He added that Moosewala was in touch with Lawrence Bishnoi. He used to flatter Lawrence, send him ‘good morning’ and ‘good night’ messages. The first dispute between us started with a kabaddi match. The singer was promoting this tournament, but the problem was that this tournament was being organized by Bishnoi’s enemy gang, Bambiha.
According to Brar, Moosewala was promoting his enemies. Lawrence Bishnoi and others got angry with him and threatened Sidhu that they would not leave him.
However, later Vicky Madkheda got the matter settled, but soon the enemy gang killed him, and Brar claims that Sidhu was also involved in this murder.
Goldy Brar further said that the singer had connived with politicians and people in power and was using political power, money, and his resources to help our rivals.
He also stated that we wanted to get him arrested and punished by the law, but no one listened to us. Finally, we decided to handle this matter ourselves.
It is pertinent to note that on May 29, 2022, Sidhu Moosewala was shot dead when he was traveling in his car in Mansa district of Punjab. Several armed men were involved in the attack, who fired about 30 shots.
Sidhu Moosewala’s father Balkoor Singh is still trying to get justice. Audio clips and confessions of Goldy Brar were included in the recent BBC documentary ‘The Killing Call’, to which Balkoor Singh strongly objected and requested the Indian court to stop the screening of this documentary, however, the documentary was released on YouTube.
Later, India contacted Canada for the extradition of Goldy Brar, but he has not been arrested yet.
According to media reports, Goldy is trying to obtain political asylum in Canada.
