Mashhad: Thousands of people gathered at holy sites in the Iranian city of Mashhad and Qom after Israel attacked Iran.
A red flag was hoisted over the Jumkran Mosque in Qom, which is considered a symbol of revenge.
The Iranian public is demanding harsh revenge against the Zionist regime.
It is pertinent to note that last year, after Israel targeted Hamas' political wing chief Ismail Haniyeh with a missile attack in Tehran, Iran hoisted a red flag over the mosque in Qom as a sign of revenge.
