Int’l flights are not facing any obstacles in passing through Pakistan’s airspace


Lahore: Due to the suspension of Iranian airspace after the Israeli aggression on Iran, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has changed the flight plan of flights to Toronto and Paris, including Gulf countries.
According to a PIA spokesperson, flights to the Gulf are using Omani airspace, flights to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the UAE are passing through the Muscat Flight Information Region, and flights to Toronto and Paris are using Omani airspace.
Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) officials say that despite the security situation in the region, Pakistan’s airspace is being used effectively, and additional air traffic is being handled professionally as usual.
The PAA has said that international flights are not facing any obstacles in passing through Pakistan’s airspace, and additional air traffic is being handled effectively through effective airspace management.
