Patient’s health improved, and he was discharged from hospital on June 17


A Pakistani citizen who suffered five heart attacks during Hajj this year has been saved.
Many pilgrims have fallen ill and some have died during the Hajj pilgrimage in the scorching heat. Similarly, a 42-year-old Pakistani citizen suffered five heart attacks during Hajj.
According to APP, the Pakistani pilgrim was brought to East Arafat Hospital in critical condition, where his life was saved after the efforts of medical staff, but due to his deteriorating health, he remained on a ventilator.
According to APP, the patient was airlifted to King Abdullah Medical City in Mecca for further treatment, where angioplasty was performed to open the patient’s heart arteries, and then an ampoule (mechanical device) was also implanted in the heart to keep the blood circulating.
After being under the supervision of doctors, the patient’s health started improving, and he was discharged from the hospital on June 17.
