Flash flooding is likely in mountain rivers of eastern Balochistan and DG Khan division from July 7


Islamabad: The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has issued an alert regarding water flow and flooding in rivers across the country from July 7.
According to the NDMA, there is a possibility of a significant increase in water flow in the Indus, Jhelum, Chenab, Ravi, Sutlej, Kabul, and their adjacent rivers from July 7.
Rain is expected in many cities of Sindh, including Karachi, from today to July 5.
Flash flooding is likely in the mountain rivers of eastern Balochistan and the DG Khan division from July 7.
According to the NDMA, there is also a possibility of urban flooding in major metropolitan cities of north and central Punjab from July 7.
