Increase in salaries has been implemented from July 1, 2025


Islamabad: The federal government has issued a notification to increase the salaries of government employees by 10 percent and provide a 30 percent disparity allowance.
According to the notification issued by the Ministry of Finance, the increase in salaries has been implemented from July 1, 2025.
According to the notification, the federal government has issued a 10 percent ad hoc allowance on the current basic salary of employees of the armed forces, civil armed forces, and all federal civil employees. This allowance will also be included in the basic salary of contract employees.
In addition, the Ministry of Finance has also approved the provision of a 30 percent disparity allowance on the basic salary of June 30, 2022, to employees from Grade 1 to Grade 22, which has also been implemented from July 1.
