Special and larger benches can also be formed with the approval of Chief Justice

Islamabad: Two divisions and 8 single benches will be available in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) next week. With the approval of the Chief Justice, the Registrar’s Office has issued a duty roster.
According to this roster, Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri, Justice Babar Sattar, and Justice Muhammad Asif will not be available for the next week.
The first division bench will consist of Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir and Justice Inam Amin Minhas, while the second division bench will consist of Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro and Justice Muhammad Azam Khan.
Special and larger benches can also be formed with the approval of the Chief Justice.
